Welcome Bonus Terms
New members at joy11 receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The following conditions apply to receive this bonus:
- A minimum deposit of ৳300 is required to receive the bonus.
- A user may receive this bonus only once.
- The bonus amount will not exceed ৳10,000 — for example: depositing ৳12,000 gives a bonus of ৳10,000 and a total balance of ৳22,000.
- A 25x wagering requirement must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn.
- Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — for example: ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = ৳50,000 must be wagered.
General Promotional Conditions
- Each promotion has its own separate terms, which are clearly stated on the offers page.
- joy11 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.
- If bonus abuse or fraud is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
- Claiming the same bonus from multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
